Contact Dr Kaur at Aurora Women’s Health to make an appointment. In order to obtain a rebate from Medicare for your first visit and any ongoing fertility care, you will need to have a referral from your GP or another specialist.
Your GP may give you a 12 month or an indefinite referral. A referral from another specialist will last for only 3 months from the date of your first consultation. If you are seeking medical advice as a couple, it is a Medicare requirement that the names and dates of birth of both partners appear on referrals.
What to bring to your first appointment
Please bring your referral (even if this has already been sent to the Doctor), your Medicare card and any Private Health Insurance cards or details.
If you have begun any infertility investigations with your GP or another specialist, please bring along any test results or paperwork.
